Libernovo Moss Green Omni Dynamic Chair Early Bird Gift Program Terms and Conditions
A qualifying purchase is required to receive the Gift Set. Open only to legal residents of Canada, 18 years or older. Void where prohibited.

1. Program Timing The Libernovo Moss Green Omni Dynamic Chair Early Bird Gift Program (the "Program") begins on January 17, 2026, at 1:00 AM EST and ends on March 17, 2026, at 1:00 AM EST (the "Program Period"). Only the first 500 qualifying purchases made during this time are eligible for the Exclusive Gift Set, on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Eligibility The Program is open only to legal residents of Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase. Employees of LIBERNOVO HK CO., LIMITED (the "Sponsor"), its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.

3. Early Bird Gift Set Offer The first 500 eligible customers who place a qualifying order during the Program Period will receive an Exclusive 3-Piece Gift Set (the "Gift Set") automatically added to their order, while supplies last.

- A qualifying order is defined as a purchase of the Moss Green Omni Dynamic Chair totaling CA$1,200 or more (before taxes, shipping, and fees).
- The Gift Set includes: silk eye mask, tote bag, and StepSync Mat.
- Customers can view a live progress bar on the product page showing remaining Gift Sets (e.g., "Remaining: X/500") to confirm availability before checkout.
- Upon placing a qualifying order, the Gift Set is automatically bundled and shipped with the product—no separate redemption is needed.
The Gift Set is limited to the first 500 qualifying orders and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Each qualifying order may only receive one Gift Set, which cannot be transferred, substituted, redeemed for cash or store credit, or claimed retroactively.
- Shipping and handling for the Gift Set are included for CA addresses only. Unclaimed or forfeited orders (e.g., due to cancellation) are not eligible for fulfillment.

4. Winner Notification and Gift Redemption
- Eligible customers will be notified via order confirmation email upon completion of their qualifying order, confirming the Gift Set inclusion.
- A live countdown of remaining Gift Sets (e.g., "Remaining: X/500") will be displayed on the product page during the Program Period.
- The Gift Set must be redeemed at the time of purchase; unclaimed or forfeited orders will not be eligible for retroactive fulfillment.
- All Gift Sets are available only with the purchase of the Moss Green Omni Dynamic Chair during the Program Period.

5. General Conditions By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the purchase process, violates these Terms, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

6. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted orders, or for any technical, hardware, software, or network errors. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Program at any time for any reason without notice.

7. Release and Limitation of Liability By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Program or the acceptance and use of the Gift Set.

8. Governing Law This Program is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
