Love my LiberNovo Omnni Se however I did receive one with the seat cushion that bottoms out. I knew this was a possibility before the purchase thanks to reviews but followed through due to the free replacement that was apparently being offered. I've reached out to the support twice and have gotten no response over 3 weeks. Not even a denial for the replacement just no response. If I could get a response from the support team I would have rated this a 5 star chair.

Hype is right about LiberNovo. I have been using the new chair in my home office for a couple of weeks and feel a real positive change. Its comfortable and provdies the right support during long hours of sitting. Assembly was easy with clear instructions, its a quality product so good value for money.

Overall, I’m really impressed with the Libernovo chair and would highly recommend it.

The standout feature for me is the back support system. It feels incredibly supportive and does a great job of keeping you comfortable throughout the day. The multi-position recline is also excellent — being able to lean back into different positions is really helpful when you want to relax for a few minutes without leaving your desk.

The overall build quality feels very good. Nothing about the chair feels cheap or flimsy; it feels substantial and well made. I also really like the range and positioning of the armrests.

There are a few areas I think could be improved. The material on the armrests is fairly firm, so resting your elbows on them for extended periods can become uncomfortable. The armrests also move a little too easily — I’d prefer if the positioning locked more securely so they didn’t slide back and forth as readily.

I also wish the seat could extend a little farther forward. I chose the deepest setting available, but as a taller person, I still feel like I could use a bit more support under my thighs.

I added the footstool as well, and overall I’m glad I did. It’s very comfortable and a great addition when you want to put your feet up. My only complaint is that if you rest just one leg on it, it has a tendency to tip slightly to one side.

The headrest is generally comfortable too, although I find it protrudes a little farther forward than I’d ideally like, and I don’t believe there’s a way to adjust that particular dimension.

Those are all relatively minor criticisms, though. The comfort, back support, recline system, and overall quality are excellent, and the chair feels thoughtfully designed. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

Very happy with the chair. The padding is extremely comfortable, the manual adjustments are great, the assembly wasn't hard and the wheels are good.

The chair arrived in a big well packaged box. Instructions to setup was easy and color coded, it took me about 10 mins to setup.

I like the deep and soft cushion of the chair and the level of adjustment you can make to lean all the way down and "sleep"

The only minor suggestion (at least for me) is that I wish it can make the back support even higher as the way I sit. It does not fully touch my back completely
