I’ve truly never been more grateful for or in love with an office chair! I’m a wedding photographer, so I spend LONGGG hours at my desk editing. I used to struggle with chronic lower back and neck pain from sitting in every other office chair because it kept me so static. I dreaded working in my office because I knew I’d end up stiff and uncomfortable.

This chair has completely changed that! The incredible adjustability, reclining features, and footrest are TOP TIER. (Emphasis on footrest!!) It actually moves with your body, allowing you to constantly change positions and stay comfortable throughout the day. The ergonomic design is truly incredible.

I ACTUALLY LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING IN MY OFFICE NOW! I cannot emphasize that enough. Wholeheartedly, hear me when I say this chair is worth every penny. I’ve never been so obsessed with an office chair, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend it more!

pros:
-sitting on it for the first time made me realize that there are levels to how comfortable a chair can be, never realized how comfortable it could be
-the 135 and 160 degrees are very comfortable, like really well done
-head cushion is amazing, like the best headrest i've ever used
-very adjustable arms which are also well padded and large
cons:
-the footrest's cushion bottoms quite quickly, and even then, it seems much for a $100+ footrest that offers less than $100+ value in my opinion
-the back isn't the most supportive, and it's hard to get the lumbar support to work, i don't think it's an issue with the knob or SE itself, but just a design complaint
-this pulls on your shirt when sitting on it

I used Herman Miller Embody Gaming for a few weeks (before SE came out) and I found that its embody is just not for me. because im someone who uses the chair for work, gaming and watching movies on daily basis. Embody was overall good for what it provides but lacks the 160 tilt, which was a deal breaker to me while watching a youtube or netflix.

So, after SE released, I gave it a try and oh man, its just what I need. Its having comfortable seating experience, flexible arms rests, tilt and much more. The only issue i have is that the arms are way easy to expand that occurs accidently 90% of the time when i try to take support of arm rest to adjust the seating position. I wish there was a locking mechanism where you adjust the arm rest and lock it.

I had some issues with my LiberNovo Omni SE, specifically with the seat bottoming out and a bolt on the front assembly repeatedly coming loose. I reached out to LiberNovo expecting the usual back-and-forth that you sometimes get with customer support.

To my surprise, their response was incredibly helpful. They offered me a replacement seat cushion from a newer production batch, and they also sent a replacement front assembly to address the bolt issue. What impressed me the most was how quickly they acted, both replacement parts arrived in about a day after their email.

I also really appreciate that they didn't just dismiss the seat issue or tell me that I was using the chair incorrectly. They explained the changes they've made to their foam production and quality-control process and gave me a clear option to try the newer cushion. They even offered a prepaid return and full refund if the replacement cushion still didn't meet my expectations.

I've seen some of the recent discussions and reviews surrounding the Omni SE seat, so I think it's important to give credit where it's due. Whatever issues existed previously, LiberNovo's customer service in my experience has improved tremendously. They listened to my concerns, provided actual solutions, and followed through extremely quickly.

I'm still testing the replacement parts, so I want to be fair and not claim that everything is perfect yet. But based purely on how LiberNovo handled my issue, I'm genuinely impressed. Going from being frustrated with the product to feeling confident that the company actually cares about making things right is a big difference.

Huge credit to the LiberNovo support team for the way they handled this. If the new seat solves the bottoming-out issue and the replacement assembly fixes the bolt problem, I'll have even more positive things to say about the Omni SE.

So far, excellent customer service and a very impressive turnaround.

Love my LiberNovo Omnni Se however I did receive one with the seat cushion that bottoms out. I knew this was a possibility before the purchase thanks to reviews but followed through due to the free replacement that was apparently being offered. My original review pointed out I was unable to reach out the issues I had with the support team but after my review they had responded to me in 24 hours and within 72 hours I had my replacement cushion. Thanks to the team for resolving my support issue now I can give the chair the review I wanted to, 5/5.
