Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses within Canada. Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders across Canada, excluding restricted addresses. And PO Box and military mailing addresses (including CFPO) are not supported due to carrier restrictions. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods (e.g., Kickstarter campaigns), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time
  • Delivery time ranges from 5 to 8 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or incorrect address information. LiberNovo is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post to ensure safe delivery. All shipments are insured and trackable.

Curbside Delivery
Deliveries are curbside, meaning the carrier will leave the package at the entrance of your provided address. For large items like the LiberNovo Omni chair, please ensure someone is available to receive and move the package indoors.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account on ca.libernovo.com.

Shipping Issues
