Main Components (6-Year Warranty): Includes the chair frame, seat base with armrests, backrest, backrest support bar, gas lift, and neckrest.

Electronic Components (2-Year Warranty): Covers the battery, actuator, and all related wiring.

If a manufacturing defect occurs, we will provide free repairs or replacement parts. For modular components, we will ship the parts to you at no cost and provide instructional videos for an easy replacement process.
